The Garden Of Your Life
Do you know if there are weeds in your garden that are creating blocks in harvesting the life you truly desire? I’s time to clear the weeds and plant magnificent seeds of light that will assist you on your path.
So find a quiet place, somewhere where you won’t have any distractions and shut off those cell phones. Take your shoes off. Center and re-focus yourself as you connect with Mother Earth to nourish your essence. So let’s really connect with that essence of connecting with Mother Earth. Close your eyes and just begin to slow your breath down. Just allow it to flow inward and outward with a natural rhythm. Just release a big ahhhh. Give yourself another breath in and release another ahhhh. Good. Just continue to do this until you feel yourself moving into a more relaxed state, a more peaceful state. Ahhh. Good.
Now, your next breath in, visualize yourself sitting on Mother Earth. Visualize yourself in a beautiful garden. You can feel the earth underneath you, supporting you. It’s a perfect day. You can feel the breeze moving through your hair. You can hear the birds gently chirping and singing their beautiful song to you.
As your awareness moves into this beautiful garden, you can begin to even smell the scent of the beautiful flowers all around you. Just allow that to come in. Some of you may actually smell the scents. Some of you may see the colors of the flowers. Just allow whatever comes in to immerse you in this garden. You can feel the beauty all around you. You can feel the nurturing of this garden. You can feel the support of Mother Earth, and an inner peace and calm moves into your center into your heart. You can put your hands on your heart and just really breathe in this beautiful garden. This is the garden of your life.
Within the garden of your life, there are beautiful flowers. Who represents those beautiful flowers? What relationships in your life are the flowers: the ones that nourish you; the ones that assist you in blossoming; the ones where things stem from. So who is a flower in your life? Someone who brings love, compassion, kindness, teaches you, supports you, helps you in blossoming. Give yourself a couple of minutes to just identify the relationships in your life that create and assist you in maintaining the garden of your life.
Wonderful! Now we have identified those beautiful flowers in our life, those relationships that nurture us, that assist us in moving forward to help us to blossom, and that really nourish our garden. It is so important that the our garden of our life is in a state of nourishment, of blossoming.
Sometimes there are also weeds in our garden. When there are weeds, our garden is not supported and the weeds can spread and really affect us energetically. Just by bringing in awareness of situations and relationships that have become weeds in our lives, we can decide if we want to transform these weeds and nourish the relationships, or sometimes it is time to move on and make sure that those weeds are no longer in our garden because they no longer nourish us. They no longer assist us in blossoming, and we no longer can assist them in blossoming. So what situation or what relationship in your life is draining you energetically, is becoming a weed in your garden that you might feel is beginning to spread to the flowers of your life? First, identify those relationships or situations, which you are viewing as weeds. In bringing in awareness of these weeds, you can then decide whether these weeds can be nourished and saved or is it time to remove these weeds from your garden? This isn’t always easy, but our garden is our sacred space. Our life is sacred. So take a couple of minutes and just identify these weeds. Be gentle with yourself, and don’t judge yourself. I’ll give you the space to do this now.
Great. Remember, this is just an identification process. It’s not necessarily a bad thing or a good thing. We are just recognizing what relationships or situations are draining us of energy or becoming a negative energy in our garden. So as we identify these relationships, if ask ourselves the right questions, we can begin to come up with the right answers. Sometimes the flowers become weeds because we ourselves have not nourished them or sometimes because they do drain us energetically. So where are you with some of these weeds or relationships? Are you willing to work on transforming these weeds? Is there something you can do to save these relationships and transform these weeds? Or is the foundation no longer there? Is the earth no longer supporting this relationship? Is it time to move your energy in a new direction? It is really up to you where you want to put your energy, into the relationship? Is it worth saving for you? Or, are you ready to move on because there is nothing left in the relationship to work with? If this is the case, ask yourself what this relationship has taught you? All relationships are there for a purpose. So what has this challenging relationship taught you? How has it assisted you in blossoming as a person? Sometimes the vehicle or the ride that takes us to the destination isn’t always pleasant, but it assists in getting somewhere or moving into a new area of our lives. So, can you find that lesson in this relationship? If you are ready to move on, then remove this weed from your garden. Honor it for its assistance in helping you blossom and know that you are making space for beautiful new seeds of opportunity. And this relationship might very well show up in your garden as a flower in days or years to come. So honor it for its assistance. And how does that feel, creating this space to either transform your relationships or move into releasing a relationship that no longer nurtures and supports your path, and you no longer can support its path.
For as we remove the weeds or transform them into flowers, we create new energetic flow to create seeds of new opportunities, relationships, and abundance. So take a couple of minutes now and really connect to what new seeds you want to create in your garden. It could be new opportunities in your business, it could be bringing in a new relationship or soulmate, it could be planting seeds for nurturing your physical body, or bringing in new spiritual teachings and connections. What do you want to plant in the garden of your life?
Wonderful. Now that we see ourselves planting these wonderful seeds, how can we nourish our garden energetically to sow the seeds of beauty, of peace, of bliss in our lives and reap the harvest that we always dreamed of? We can nourish these seeds in the physical by giving them nurturing, understanding, kindness, compassion in our relationships, becoming what we truly seek. If we are looking to bring in this kindness and compassion, we become what which we seek. We become the compassion and kindness to others so that our relationships are flowers in gardens blossomed from the essence of our hearts. We realize that we only have so much control, only so much that we can do that our gardens are supported and nourished from above and below, from Mother Earth and Father Sky bring in to cleansing of rain to water and assist our flowers in blossoming. The earth supplies the warmth, the foundation for the seeds to grow and the warmth of the sun creates the safety for the flowers to be the natural beauties that they are, each different, each beautiful, even each petal in each flower completely unique to itself. We are all these flowers, unique, beautiful.
As we let go of the expectation of how this flower moves into beauty and just know that it will in its own way, we create the magic and miracles to allow God, Divinity, Source, whatever you choose to call it to assist in helping us reap the beautiful harvest of our lives. Just breathe that in, the trust that the flower you are moves towards its beauty in every breath because you are this beauty already in every breath just waiting to blossom, to lift your petals to the sun, and to just be. So just allow yourself to just be. See yourself as this flower, allowing yourself to be nourished by the rain, by the earth, by the sun, and just open your heart, see it as the center of the flower, and allow yourself to blossom.
