Dealing With The Changes That Manifest When We Manifest Change

SO MUCH OF TODAY’S spiritual literature is focused on the power of manifestation and ways to create abundance, prosperity, love, and happiness in our lives. As we progress through the Shift we are learning that we have the power to co-create our world and are increasingly aware of the power of our thoughts and intentions in the creation process. The Shift is also making us more aware of how we interact with different energy vibrations and how to raise our energy to facilitate the manifestation of abundance, prosperity, love, and happiness. This process will bring about many changes in our lives and the question is:

But, are we ready to manage the changes that manifest when we choose to manifest change?

Focusing our intent on creating something different in our life can and will produce changes. Depending on what we ask for, those changes can be subtle, such as a surprise check in the mail, or quite dramatic, such as an unexpected job loss. But the creation process involves both removing the old and replacing it with something else. So while our intent may be to create a career situation that brings us more money, what we get initially may be the loss of our current job. And if we want a different kind of intimate relationship with our partner, they may suddenly run off with the pizza delivery person. Or, if we want to create a happier living environment, we may be faced with a move to a new geographic location. When we focus on manifesting change, we will change our energetic frequency and that changes how we interact with everything in our environment and how it interacts with us.

The world that we have created for ourselves at any point in time resonates with the energetic frequency of our beliefs and perspectives. Manifesting change is all about creating a new paradigm, a new way of thinking, a different way of looking at our world, and that changes our energetic frequency. Now we have ‘stirred the pot’ so to speak and unknowingly created a ripple effect that extends to everything that is in our sphere of influence, changing the dynamics of our own lives and that of everyone and everything that is part of it. For example, we know that 2 + 2 = 4. If we change one of those 2s to a 3, the outcome is different – now we have an equation that equals something else. It may be a simplistic description of a more complex process, but if we have been a ‘4’ to everyone around us and we suddenly decide to become a ‘5’, we have now changed our personal dynamic, moving the energy in our sphere to a different level.

While everything resonates at its own unique energetic frequency, we are attracted to things, people, and places that resonate within a certain range of our own energetic frequency. Have you ever wondered why you just ‘fell in love’ with a certain house or accepted a certain type of job, or even attracted certain partners? That’s because they resonated at your energetic frequency. As you move into the Shift and manifest change in your life, you raise your frequency and move into a different range.

Now, there is no connection between you and the things that you formerly resonated with. Suddenly, you no longer like your house, your job, your friends, even your new sofa has lost its appeal. And, these things don’t like you either. Your house may develop problems that force you to move, your friends may stop speaking to you, and you may lose your job. Now, what do you do?

The purpose of the Shift is to bring us out of our third-dimensional reality into alignment with our true spiritual nature, into higher dimensions of awareness. These higher dimensions also have a higher energetic frequency that we, and everything and everyone around us, must align with. If the energetic alignment is not there, we begin to feel uncomfortably aware of the difference. And things around us start to change and our world may look like it’s coming apart.

This is where the process becomes complicated. When things around us start to disintegrate, our first reaction may be fear, confusion, or guilt. We have created these problems by asking for a change and it is our ‘fault’ that everything around us is falling apart and that no one seems to like us anymore. We are confused by the sudden shift in energy and our feelings of alienation, loss, or abandonment. And we feel guilty because we asked for the changes and have to deal with the fallout. Then doubt begins to set in – have we done the right thing? Did we really want change? And maybe the ‘old’ wasn’t so bad after all.

Within the whirlwind of all of these emotions, it is hard to maintain our faith and trust – faith in our creative abilities and trust in the Universe to provide us with the desires of our manifestation effort and that something new will rise out of the ashes of our old life. Since the Shift is occurring so rapidly, sometimes those changes involve breaking down all of our supporting structures so that we can create new ones. The dismantling process is necessary because when we increase our own energetic vibration, we can no longer resonate at our previous level. So, everything that was part of that ‘old’ energetic vibration has to be removed, to be replaced with something that matches our new vibration. The dismantling process can be very painful, depending on how ‘attached’ we were to the things, people, and places that were part of our ‘old’ vibration.

Maintaining faith and trust if you have little or no money in the bank, have just lost your job, and are alone, with no one to share your burdens with can be trying. It’s hard to not fear the changes when they happen so rapidly and are, at times, so all-encompassing.

But when we are operating within the Shift, we are guided to create new paradigms for ourselves and in order to do that, we sometimes have to start over, from ‘scratch’. Our environment is the result of our energetic vibration, created from our thoughts, beliefs, and perceptions and they are what must change first so that we can create something new for ourselves. As this process occurs, we may find ourselves in what I call the ‘in the gap’, a place that is somewhere in between desire and manifestation. And that can be a very difficult place to be.

My name is Andrea and I am a lightworker. I don't have all of the answers, and in many ways, it's just a label that has been applied to me. There are no degrees or certifications involved in this vocation- but I can say with certainty that it's my calling. Like so many others, I've always felt like something was different about me- like the world wasn't where I was meant to be and that there was some other place for me where things were more peaceful and joyful.

I designed a life with meaning built into it; one where every moment was not only fulfilling but also made sense on a spiritual level. There is no need for searching or yearning because everything is right here where we need it to be - at our fingertips.
