How can one follow the truth if they don’t know what it is?

Discovery of truth is a process that requires significant care and consideration. Shifting perceptions is always the essence of getting to deeper levels of truth within self as well as without. I find the Divine to be synonymous with truth. All things Divine have light and love and all things of body do not. To bring this divine light of truth into my body I must first discover its importance in my self and life.

Too often we are overwhelmed by the question of what truth is rather than the experience it brings to us. Truth and love are synonyms. Truth can be what sets you free and can also be what needs to be kept secret. Truth and love are both double edged swords.

Though we want everyone to hear and share in what our truth and love discoveries are about, not all people are ready or wanting to share. Sometimes this may put a damper on a person’s perception of how they can follow their own truth.

Following our truth is living it. It is becoming the living-breathing example of what truth is. When we do this we discover that our truth may not resonate with others in our life that we love or whom may love us. This may cause us confusion or lead to us creating decisions to separate from others in order to live fully in our own light and truth.

I believe that all of this about growth for everyone involved. I believe that we are always finding our path and also discovering how our path of truth changes as we grow. Change is still the only constant in the Universe.

Following one’s truth can be both wondrous and painful. To discover that we are discarded for our truth makes us sad and often mad. To feel that no one we love is actually interested in what we believe and who we’ve become is discouraging at best. Trusting that we must move forward and discover even more of the truth of light that we are within is mandatory for our spiritual evolution.

But what of physical evolution? What of everyday life? Must these be sacrificed in order to grow spiritually? I suppose this must be looked at as a trade-off rather than a sacrifice. When I have outgrown a certain way of dressing or decorating my home, I change these things. I change them to create a new and improved me so I can surround myself with what suits me in the now rather than living in the past. So it is with our evolution. We are allowed to change who we are and how we believe. We are also allowed to change back; or are we?

As we follow our truth we will discover one of two things: first, that we cannot do so without radically changing, and second, that if we radically change we may have to give up the things in our life that we consider our greatest security. To most people neither one of these options sounds extremely appealing. I can understand why. Yet, we must indeed grow and change to become. Denying that truth within is ultimately futile if you ever want to move beyond your need to return to the earth plane.

We have so many people, so many souls, here on earth because so few are ascending when they die. Due to poverty, wars, torture and dissent among human beings, many of those who die do not even see the other side or the “Summerland” before they are implanted as a seed into the womb once again.

How we die and what we feel at the time of death very much determines where we will go after death. Now you may feel that this is simply my truth and not yours. So I will add that the consciousness explored while alive also has a great deal to do with what we experience after the death of the body.

Since the soul is the vehicle in which we store our memories, it is important to store memories of awareness, of spirit life and beyond within soul. If you cannot create such memories because of the hardships of your current life then you need to explore soul and discover where you have hidden such memories experienced in previous incarnations, so that you can better prepare for the future life here in the present.

Each day we should be a peace with ourselves in such a way that if you died today it would be a good day to do so. When we discover that soul is truth – and truth is soul – we discover our eternal awareness of self, life and spirit. If I am following my truth and it is not leading me to this awareness then perhaps I need to seek other avenues of truth and light that do.

Without the awareness of how you are eternal now, there can be no energy of light and love to fulfill you daily. Without spirit to speak with and guide you daily there can be no expansion of knowledge beyond all realms of form. These esoteric truths are handed down since the beginning of time. All life is one and all life in interconnected. How can this be true lest all life in some way be of the same energy?

Eternal self, life and essence are the keys to truth. There can only be one God, Goddess, All that is, but it can have many reflections and emanations. When you can see how you are the reflection of the One, then you can also see how all other life is as well. Until such time you are a seeker of truth, still seeking a truth to follow.

This seeking of truth, finding and then following it, is no small feat this lifetime and is filled with obstacles and upheavals. Yet without the truth of light to support you in life you feel alone and lonely.

With truth you find the many dimensions of self that you have been, now are and can be, as well as the levels and degrees of consciousness there to explore. You discover that this is just the beginning of a beautiful relationship with your soul and spirit as well as with collective soul and spirit awareness.

You learn about initiation, karma, realization and actualization as well as shedding old skins and becoming the transformer of your life. You connect with you original family of spirit friends and teachers as well understand the many languages of the Universe, the Cosmos and the Heavens. You will never again fear death and will understand that all life with awareness continues in one form or another.

You will discover what it feels like to be the consciousness of a mountain, a plant, an animal, and a sea creature. The air, the earth, the sky, the planets and anything else you can imagine. You can discover the world where all the mythological creatures still abide and live as well as the Gods, Goddess, Masters, Bodissatvas, Galactic Brotherhoods and Angels.

Though you may not see these things as being individual, your awareness of the emanation and reflection of the one, will make all apparent. Most importantly you will discover your authentic self and all the other things that are a reflection of you as well.

Ah, yes, discovering and following ones truth of the Divine light within will be the most rewarding quest you will ever endeavor to accomplish in this life. May the light of life be with you and guide you always.
