Guided Visualization Thank God! Embracing the Energy Of Love

We are at the wonderful time of year where we are experiencing the holidays. Sometimes they can also be challenging. As we release lower vibratory energies that block us from experiencing gratitude, we can really focus on what we have to be thankful for, the true essence of holidays like Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Hanukah, and all of the holidays. Although situations within our lives can be challenging and sometimes even uncomfortable, there are silver linings when we ask, what can I be thankful for within each situation, we create an energetic shift within our lives that empowers us. For how many times have we said, “Thank God,” and not even realized the energy and intention behind it.

In this meditation we will connect with that energy and intention of truly saying “Thank God” and to be in the vibration of that gratitude. So find a quiet place where you will not be disturbed and shut off your cell phones or remove any distractions that might take you out of the space of experiencing this attunement.

Begin by taking a deep breath in. As you bring this breath in, just release any sound, any energy you would like to release and bring in another breath and again release any stress you have. Let us start by thanking ourselves for taking this time and opportunity to work in connecting, clearing any blocks, and being an open vessel for this gratitude to move through us.

As you connect, just allow it to bring you to a more relaxed state of being. Bring your breath in to your root chakra first. This is the area at the base of your spine. Allow yourself to bring a breath through it. Just breathe into this area and release the breath. As you do that, does this area feel like the breath moved through it effortlessly or does it feel like it might have been blocked? Take another breath in. Does it feel open and released or does it feel blocked? This is the area where we ground ourselves, where we connect and meet our physical needs, where we bring in the ability to ground in our life’s purpose. Is there a situation currently going on in your life that you feel may be blocking you in meeting your physical needs or grounding in your life’s purpose?

If so, is there something that you are learning? A lesson that you are bringing into this experience? Sometimes it is hard to acknowledge that in a challenging situation. What can I be thankful for in this situation that might be creating this block? Just bring that in. Are you able to thank that situation. If not, that is okay. You might not be ready to. Just realize that there is a block there, an energetic flow that could be more optimal in this chakra area. Just take a deep breath in and allow that breath to move through the root chakra. As you bring your next breath in, just release a “thank you” into your root chakra. Good.

As we move onto our next chakra, which is our sacral chakra, which is located in our lower abdomen area, bring a breath in. As you release the breath, does it feel like energy moving in that chakra area or does it feel blocked? This is the area where we hold emotions or we stomach things or we find things hard to digest. So if you felt blocked in this area, is there a situation or challenge in your life that is bringing in the essence of that energy, stomaching or not being able to digest the situation? A person, place, thing, situation, event or energy might block this chakra area or might be bringing in the essence of the block. If that image comes into your mind, be gentle with yourself and don’t judge it. Bring a breath in, allow that breath to move through your sacral chakra, and again ask yourself, is there something I am learning, a lesson from this particular block. In some of these areas, that answer might come in right away. What can you are thankful for in the lesson in this particular chakra? Again take a deep breath in and exhale “thank you.”

As we move to our next chakra, our solar plexus chakra, which is in our upper abdomen area, bring a breath in. As you focus on this chakra and release your breath, does this chakra feel blocked or open? This is the area where we hold fear, doubt, or second-guessing, is there a situation or challenge in your life that is bringing in the essence of fear, doubt, or second-guessing? Just identify that. Bring in a breath and begin to move it through this energy of fear, allowing the breath to melt away this fear. Again, ask yourself the question: What can I be thankful for in this situation? What lesson am I learning that is moving me forward in a more powerful way that you might not have even recognized before? Breathe that into the chakra and again release a “thank you.” “Thank you.”

The next chakra we begin to work with is our heart chakra. Is there a situation that might be blocking this area that is creating a block in experiencing compassion, kindness, and love? Bring a breath in. Does that breath move easily as you exhale or does it feel blocked? If it feels blocked, what can I be thankful for within this situation? What am I learning from this experience? Is there a lesson, a silver lining that is moving me forward on my spiritual path that I am thankful for learning? Take a deep breath in and release a thank you into that chakra, into your heart. “Thank you.”

As we move to our next chakra area, our throat chakra, take a deep breath in. As you exhale into the throat area, does the chakra feel open, does it feel blocked? Are there any sensations there? Is there a person, place, thing, situation, event, or energy that may be blocking you from expressing your divine truth, from being acknowledged, heard, and appreciated. Ask yourself, what can I be thankful for within this observation of knowing there is a block: there is a situation that is blocking me from expressing my divine truth? Can you thank this lesson? Take a deep breath in and release a big “thank you” into the throat chakra. You might be observing more energetic flow now moving from your root chakra to your sacral chakra to your solar plexus chakra to your heart chakra and throat chakra.

Allow this energy to move up to your third eye as you take a deep breath in and bring this breath up. Does the area in between your brow, your third eye, and feel like it moved through effortlessly with grace and ease or does it feel blocked? This is the area where we bring in our intuition, our guidance. Is there a situation that may be blocking the guidance you are receiving or acknowledging that guidance that you are receiving or it might just feel like it is blocked energetically. Bring another breath in. What can I be thankful for within this situation that might be creating this block? Take another deep breath in and release a “thank you” into that third eye area.

As we work with this next chakra, our crown chakra, located on the top of our heads, bring that breath in. As you release the breath, does this area feel open or blocked? Does the breath and energy move through easily? Our crown chakra is the divine bridge between our physical body and our ethereal bodies. Has there been a situation or challenge that has been blocking you from source energy, God, the All, the universe, whatever you choose to call it? Is there something I can be thankful for within this situation that I am learning and ready to release the block. As we take a deep breath in, release a “thank you. Thank you for the lesson.”

As we move through each of our charkas now, let us thank each of our chakras for their highest intention. As we clear space, we make room for these highest intentions, for us to experience gratitude for each of our energetic areas. Thank you to our root chakra for allowing us to ground, to meet all of our physical needs, and ground in our life’s purpose.

Thank you for our sacral chakra, which allows us to experience joy, health, and rejuvenation. Breathe that in.

Thank for our solar plexus chakra. Thank you for brining in its highest intention for connecting us to our divine power.

Thank you to our heart chakra for giving us the ability to give and receive love in perfect divine balance. Breathe that into the heart.

Thank you to our throat chakra for allowing us to express our divine truth effortlessly, for know that we are heard, acknowledged, and appreciated. Breathe that into the throat chakra.

As we connect with our third eye chakra, we thank this chakra for bringing in the highest intentions of allowing us to experience our eye of the soul, to receive accurate and intuitive information, acknowledge it, and to share it. Breathe that into the third eye.

As we connect with our crown chakra, we thank this chakra for bringing in the highest intention of being that divine bridge, giving us the ability to connect our body in the physical with our body in the ethereal to experience our spirituality. Breathe that in and just allow yourself now to connect with the energetic flow moving through all of your chakras. For as you released the block, some of the lower vibratory energies within each experience, you made room to bring in the thankfulness for each of the lessons within each of your energetic areas. Just allow yourself to bring in this attunement to your chakras for the next couple of minutes.

As you attune to this frequency of gratitude, I would like to give you a simple but powerful tool to connect with gratitude in any moment. Just bring in a breath. Just hold this breath for as long as you can until it becomes uncomfortable for you. If you have a medical condition or situation that prohibits you from doing this, then please take care of yourself and just be the observer of this particular exercise. When you are ready to, when you feel uncomfortable holding the breath any longer, just release it. I want you to do the same thing one more time. Bring in another breath and hold this breath for as long as you can. Release it when it is no longer comfortable. Just acknowledge that discomfort, that discomfort of not knowing where that next breath will come from. For in between that discomfort and the joy of bringing in your next breath is the true definition of gratitude, that that next breath is a gift from God. If you cannot be thankful for the situations we went through, that is okay.

It is important to acknowledge that gratitude that comes from the most simplistic things and our breath is our most basic and yet complex way to connect with God. For in between each breath is a gift. When we say “Thank God,” this is the gift! We our thanking God for our breath, our life force of being here even through difficult and challenging situations. I want you to just breathe this in. Thank God for this breath. Yes, thank God. Thank God for this breath. I am so privileged to be on this planet at this time regardless of my challenges. I truly say “Thank God.” Just breathe in that gratitude. I can feel it in my heart. I can feel it from all of you around the world. It is so, so beautiful. I can feel a gratitude, a tear that is here, and I thank God for this as well. As you connect with this gratitude, continue the flow of thanking God. Thank God for my beautiful family. Thank God for the sun that is out today. But really connect and thank God for all of the things in your life, all of the gifts. If you have a hard time connecting to that, again just start with that breath and thank God for that breath and continue this process of thanking God for the things in your life for the next couple of minutes.

Great. As you brought in this gratitude, I am sure there were even situations in your life that brought a new awareness, a new sense of gratitude. We thank our awareness for bringing in this gratitude. I would like to thank you for sharing this attunement with me, and I thank you for holding the space of gratitude with me.

There are no degrees or certifications involved in this vocation- but I can say with certainty that it's my calling. Like so many others, I've always felt like something was different about me- like the world wasn't where I was meant to be and that there was some other place for me where things were more peaceful and joyful.

I designed a life with meaning built into it; one where every moment was not only fulfilling but also made sense on a spiritual level. There is no need for searching or yearning because everything is right here where we need it to be - at our fingertips.
